All orders from Yos Enterprises are for personal use only, not for resale. Any discounts or offers can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash.

This website, Studio Yos, is operated by Yos Enterprises. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Studio Yos through Yos Enterprises. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with any additional terms and policies referenced or linked here.

So, please read and understand these terms before placing an order.
To order from Studio Yos, you must be of legal age in your country, not under guardianship, and legally able to make agreements. You also need a valid email address and a delivery address in a country where Studio Yos delivers, excluding areas where unfavorable weather conditions may cause severe delay.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICES

Prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and may include taxes. Prices and product availability can change anytime. Pictures are for reference only—colors and textures may look a little different in real life.

DELIVERY AND CHARGES

We deliver to most locations in Nepal, except areas where delays or loss may occur. Delivery times vary by location, and we aren’t responsible for delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues. Please provide a correct address and ensure someone is available to receive your order.

If the parcel isn’t received after two attempts, it will be returned to Studio Yos. A second delivery will incur an additional shipping fee.

Studio Yos is not liable for who receives the parcel on your behalf—you are responsible for any issues if someone else accepts it.

ORDERS

We may cancel your order if the item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or if fraud is suspected. Orders cannot be exchanged after purchase. To cancel an order, please contact Studio Yos via email on [email protected].

However, if the product has already been shipped, the customer must pay the shipping cost. The price of the product will be refunded.

If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity.

RETURNS AND REFUND

If you’ve changed your mind and would like to return your purchase, no problem—just email us and we’ll arrange a pickup for you.

If the scheduled pickup is missed, the customer will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to the address provided by the company.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. For cash on delivery payments, Studio Yos customer service will ask for your bank details to transfer the refund. Any extra bank fees, if charged to us, for the transfer will be paid by the customer.

Shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our mistake.

To return a purchase, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Original packaging includes the box, labels or tags, protective materials like bubble wrap, and any accessories or manuals that came with it.

ACCOUNT

If you create an account, please keep your login details private. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access that happens because of a weak or shared password.

OUR CONTENT

All content on our website—including images, logos, text, and designs—is the property of Yos Enterprises. You may not copy, reuse, or share any of this content without our prior permission.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

We are not responsible for any indirect or accidental damages resulting from your use of our website or products. We also aren’t liable for problems caused by third-party services such as couriers or payment providers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

LEGAL JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service, along with any separate agreements under which we provide you with services, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
